Help with circle fillings and transparency

Hi,

I have a logo (see https://twitter.com/khippu) i drew on inskcape. My problem is that im having trouble with the circle fills. Sometimes when I export the image as png they are transparent - not what I want. And others they come out with white fillings - as you can see in the link. When I try to change the fill color it changes the outline. When I try to change the stroke color it does nothing. I used stroke to path for the logo btw. And im new to inkscape or design tools for that matter.

Any help is much appreciated.

You might try reviewing the tutorials in the help menu. They can provide a basic understanding of the tools and their use.

If you still need assistance, please upload your svg file for examination.

I'm using Inkscape 0.92.2 (5c3e80d, 2017-08-06), 64 bit win8.1

Is this what you want ?

Im not clear on if your circles are holes you punched in your logo or white circles...
Or maybe they are holes but the image has no alpha channel and its therefore displayed as white ?

Please tell us your Inkscape version and operating system. Also, if you could provide the SVG file, we can get straight to the problem, rather than guess about what might be happening. (SVG file with vector content, not just imported raster images.)

Thanks for your input. Playing around with the image, I seem to have fixed it myself. That said, not sure what I did that worked, but its good enough for me.
