I am have trouble to find any good material/tutorial about wireframe using inkscape. Does some one have this kind of material or can help with a tutorial ?

Wireframe in the web world.. are structures made by the information architecture peoples to represent the data in the site. Here more explanations :

In most cases.. I just found tutorials about wireframe using illustrator or others proprietaries softwares.. I just would like to know if some one already built a wireframe with inkscape ? Or have any material about this ?

Ah, so a flow chart. You could try doing a search for "inkscape flow chart" on Google--I'm sure I've seen a really good guide before. Otherwise, simply draw your nodes and use to connect them. Inkscape isn't as quick and easy to create flow-charts as Visio, but helps a lot.
