I searched for an Inkscape - QR Code Plug-in.

There isn't such a feature available on my 0.48 Version.

There are QR Code generators with a SVG output but wouldn't it be great to have something like this in Inkscape?

The new extension was committed after the initial release of Inkscape 0.48. (Later and upcoming bug fix releases (0.48.1, 0.48.2, planned 0.48.3) did not and will not add new features.)

The new extension will be available in the next major release (Inkscape 0.49)
