I am working with a tablet and the icons are so tiny that I can barely click with a pen. I tried to workaround by changing the resolution from 2730x1824 to something more bareable, but the node handles are still tiny.
Working in my laptop, I don't have problems, because the mouse is very accurate where it clicks. However in the tablet, with the pen, becomes painfully cumbersome picking those tiny nodes.
Is there a way to make the icons bigger, as well the node handles?

Forgive me for not being familiar with current technology. But you have a tablet that big? Or is it a regular size tablet, with that resolution?

As far as I understand, the icons can't be fixed or worked around. Although it seems like a heard that an upcoming new version will have a fix for that. Oh, well there is an option for making the icons larger. But as far as I understand, they either don't get big enough for that resolution or those options don't work. Try in Inkscape Preferences > Interface

But for the nodes and handles, those can be made bigger! Inkscape Preferences > Input/Output > Input Devices > Handle size (big slider control)

And the grab distance can be changed, too, in that same dialog. You may need to experiment a bit to get the best settings for yourself.
