I have draw some rectangle side by side two days ago and saved them. Now I want top apply checkered patterns to them, the problem is that I cant seem to find the X and O handles to change the pattern:


Now when I draw a new rectangle of the same size right next to it:



What the heck?! Why cant I see the nodes for the pattern in the old rectangle?!

It may be somewhere at the page border's top left corner.
That was the reason why I added the seemingly unnecessary step
to that pattern making method of "resize page to content", to make it easy to find them.
