Draw Tools In Text View

Actually we are trying to draw a circles, polygons, line and so on in text view by the use of python language,
is it possible to import drawing tools in text view ? please comment the solution am expecting with source code

What is this "Text view" that you speak of?
:?: Are you talking about the command line console?
