hi i have created a logo in inkscape and shows a white background but when i open it basic viewer it has a blue background.

I think the blue background is probably a problem with the software you're using. In my simple viewer, the svg itself looks like this:
If you want a white background in the SVG, then add a white rectangle. The background color (white, with 100% opacity) you assigned inside Inkscape is for use inside Inkscape and for export. It is set in a property of the file that can only be read by Inkscape.
As a suggestion, you may want to recreate the embedded images as vector elements, else it doesn't make a lot of sense to me to use an SVG.
