0.48.1 in a month

Just a heads up: 0.48.1 with bugfixes and updated translation is planned for October 25. Well, you know how difficult it is to plan in a project of volunteers, but we'll do our best :)

There can be a slight change in translatable messages, because some changes are supposed to come to the new input devices configuration dialog. We shall warn translators about that and publish stats for every language after the new strings freeze, whether it happens or not.
