Can someone please tell me what's the name of the installer used to install Inkscape on Windows?

The name? You can download the windows installer from the inkscape webpage: http://www.inkscape.org/download/?lang=en.

No... I don't want to re-install Inkscape... I wanted to know what installer package they were using to do the install...

You can follow that link, click to download, read the name of the file on the download dialog, and then click Cancel. No need to download.
