I am working at a project where the design rule says "minimum font size should be 9 pt".
With reference the attached sample drawing, what is the true size of the sample text, 8 pt or 11 pt ?
With the TT icon active, Inkscape tells me that the font size is 8,000.
With the TT icon inactive, Inkscape tells me that the font size is 11,000.
Should I install again the portable Inkscape 0.91 in order to find out what font size that is ?
how can I determine the actual font size in 0.92 ?

Re: how can I determine the actual font size in 0.92 ?
The true size is the one it shows when the cursor is *in* the text and the icon with the double T is inactive.
You could check by adding a letter with a larger size, for example, then look what it says in the number fields when you move the cursor around.
