I'm not very literate in color management, but these questions pop up for me when I read about your problem:

Is the Epson profile in RGB color space (thought they produce printers, not monitors)?
Is it to be used for display or for output?
(you're looking for it in the display section in the first screenshot - RGB colorspace, and in the output section in the second screenshot - CMYK or RGB or other color spaces)

(Hint: Inkscape cannot output CMYK - or rather, it can, but only if you use Scribus to create the pdf from an SVG)

If you mean to use it for the display: Does it make sense to adjust the display color twice - once system-wide, once only inside Inkscape?

Is it to be used for output.
I want to use for impression. Is RGB. It has to be this profile to work.

The dialog you were looking at is only for setting your display color profiles. It does not refer to output color profiles.

You can set a document color profile in the Color tab of the document properties dialog.
