[Solved] How to make seperate zoom window and how to display an Inkscape window on top all the time?

Is there any possibility of a separate zoom window with selectable viewport? I want to chose an area of the document that is displayed in a zoom window that is always at 100% (or whatever zoom I want to set it too).

For example when I am micromanaging some objects at 3200% zoom level I can't see how they look at 100% zoom, unless I zoom all the way out. Only to have to zoom all the way in back after to continue working in detail. I think seperate zoom window would help avoid all the zooming in/out so that the user can always see how the objects look at 100% no matter what zoom level they are working in.

Is there a function or extension that anyone know of?

EDIT: Ok so I found out there's a function called "Duplicate window" found under "View". It does exactly what I want, but unfortunately I have yet to figure out a way to make the 100% zoom window always display on top. As soon as I click to focus on the zoomed in window the 100% window is put in the back by Windows. But I need it to be displayed on top all the time even when it's not in focus. So I think my question is now: how do I make a window display on top all the time?

EDIT 2: SInce I couldn't find a way to make a window display on top all the time within Inkscape I found out how to do this via an Autohotkey script from the following webpage. It works perfectly: http://www.howtogeek.com/196958/the-3-b ... n-windows/
