This is a read-only archive of the inkscapeforum.com site. You can search for info here or post new questions and comments at I finished something I was working on then I tried to save it as a png. It repeatedly shows up as 1 pixel. I tried changing the size in the png saving area, but it just changed it to a large transparent background instead of an empty black frame.

You probably have the 'Custom' tab selected in the export dialog. Try 'Drawing', 'Selection' or 'Page'.
Something doesn't work? - Keeping an eye on the status bar can save you a lot of time!
