[solved] Need help solving pen setting.

I draw with the pen tool and it produces a result similar to a line but with the fill coloured and the stroke empty. With nodes selected you can pull apart the distance between the parallel lines with the drawn path down the centre.I want to go back to the normal configuration of the pen tool but don't know how?

Set 'Shape' to 'none' before you draw your next path with the pen tool.
Something doesn't work? - Keeping an eye on the status bar can save you a lot of time!
