How to add bleed difference?

Hello everyone,

I am developing some freeform stickers and I need to add a trim/bleed difference for the company that will develop those stickers. How can I implement that in inkscape?

Path Offset could do the thing.
:tool_zoom: <<< click! - but, those with a cheaper tickets should go this way >>> :!:
