You would have to use a pattern along path effect. Look up "Live Path Effect" in the Inkscape Guide.

The third image could be easily traced with pen tool, just use different stroke widths. What do you mean by " sketch like fx"? If you want to add some small imperfections then filter effects might be usefull (check out "Roughen" or "Ripple" filters). There is also extremly cool "Sketch" live path effect in Inkscape from SVN, set low value for "Max Tremble" parameter to achive lines which look almost like hand drawn with pencil.

Sketch Live path? Min Max? I have no idea what you are talking about :) I was suggesting using Live Path Effects which is available in version 0.46 (no need to dig into SVN). There is no predefined "sketch" effect. You'll need to create a object that looks like a pencil line and then you can apply to all your paths using Live Path Effects.

I get the feeling you didn't read about Live Path Effects in the guide, but to clarify, here's a screenshot that demonstrates what you can do with it http://www.inkscape.org/screenshots/gal ... ngpath.png. Note that the screenshot is from an earlier version of Inkscape and didn't use LPE, but LPE can do the same thing but better.

In the dev version, there is a predefined sketch LPE. That's what they're talking about above.
