[solved] Where is snap to page option

I was following a tutorial where the instructor is saying to use this https://i.imgur.com/7FyN8DA.png But i cant find it here in inkscape .92 https://i.imgur.com/9wXd1gz.png

Check that small white arrow pointing to the right, above the pallete ,)
:tool_zoom: <<< click! - but, those with a cheaper tickets should go this way >>> :!:
