Does inkscape support Nvidia Cuda?

No. Inkscape doesn't use the GPU at all.

I'm planning to buy an 192 CUDA cores graphics card. Your comment says inkscape wan't use them at all.

Yes, still true. I think I've heard about plans to have Inkscape use the graphics card..... But then again, I could be dreaming, lol.

Inkscape is updating is rendering library to use the cairo library to render (more and more) of the objects.
Cairo is a 2d drawing abstraction library that could use hardware to speed up the operations.

But I'm afraid Inkscape won't make the most of you GPU : right now, it should speed up the outline mode (that doesn't require much horse power anyway) but not the filters (which was their main usage I can think of)
