I am a modeler who makes his own decals (inkjet printed on either clear or white decal paper). For a current project, I need to print white letters on a "red oxide primer" color backround (on white decal paper). I tried the maroon color option in the color bar at the bottom of the screen, but it was not as close as I wanted. Is there a correlation between the numbered colors that Inkscape offers and RGB values?
Thanks

Hi
Try 140, 42, 29 for R, G and B respectively.
The correlation between the position of the colors in the inkscape palette comes from their position in the palette file.
You can make your own palettes by any text editor.
