Could this a bug, when i follow the manual to put a unicode text , the status bar at the bottom of inkscape show the right character, but when it show on the page, some strokes are out of position.

The grey area is crop from scrn print of status bar, the character is correct there, but the text above turn out wrong.
Any idea?

The status bar image wasn't embeded into the SVG file. Are you able to post it online seperately?

Anyway, when you start adding text, then ctrl+u, then 798F, you will see the same thing appear on the status bar, just as when you hit enter to finalize the unicode word, it just won't come out right.

I'm not familiar with this language, but the strokes of the glyph look almost identical on my PC.

This could be a problem with your font, rather than Inkscape. I'm not sure. You said the glyph in your status is correct, but whilst mine matches what appears on the Inkscape canvas, it's still different to the glyph in your status bar.

Thank you microUgly, i guess the difference may be caused by something that i need to install before inkscape, i got mingliu and pmingliu font on my pc, but i can never get to inkscape show the same as yours.
