When opened in IrfanView the figure is as it should be but when i open it in GSview it gets elongated in such a way that it consist of 3 actual figures which are separated by large transparent blocks. Besides that before opening the figure GSview reports warning:
Warning: media size is very large. Please check "Media|User Defined"
I'm using Win7 x64. I uploaded the project in order for somebody to check if the same happens on other PCs?

Hi.
There were some objects in your svg with no fills and with no strokes, which were way off the image's borders.
Try what happens if you remove those.

Maybe check your GSview is correct version in both.
As noted above, deleting hidden junk from the svg may help display the exported eps. "vacuum defs" may also help.

Have a nice day.
I'm using Inkscape 0.92.2 (5c3e80d, 2017-08-06), 64 bit win8.1
The Inkscape manual has lots of helpful info! http://tavmjong.free.fr/INKSCAPE/MANUAL/html/
