I don't know if it is a software issue but some of the fonts looks like cropped.



But if you make it smaller or zoom out it looks normal. Is it because of Inkscape or my computer?

It's a problem with Inkscape and the specific font, which also affects the export, unfortunately. You can work around it by converting the text to path (Object -> Object to Path), but make sure to keep a copy of the original text in a hidden layer, in case you want to edit it later.
