I'm new to Inkscape, but am finding it a great tool, which I'll be spending a lot of time with. My only wish, is that I would have found it sooner.
Anyway, my first forum post deals with a line spacing issue that I'm experiencing.
I've reviewed many forum posts regarding line spacing issues in the current version, but haven't found anything hat allows me to resolve my issue.
When manually adding text (i.e., no flowed text), the line spacing will not decrease past a certain point, even though the value can be decreased to zero. In general terms, the line space will not decrease below a row-and-a-half of the grid.
The Spacing-between-lines value can be changed, but it doesn't impact the line spacing between zero and a point where line space begins to increase.
All of the spacing value options (e.g., cm, pc, pt, px) have been tried with no luck. Font size and spacing value combs were tested as well.
Any ideas will be highly appreciated!
Please let me know if there are any questions or if additional info is needed.
