[solved] Boxed text

Hello again. As my re-draw nears completion (this time for sure), I want to know how to create text in boxes for my 3H highway and Routes. Is there any way Inkscape can do this?

Can Inkscape create text boxes? Yes. Read about text in the Inkscape Guide
