[solved] How do i remove the inner part of this letter B???

Im trying to get rid of the sports logos only inside the top part of the B. Can someone please explain how?

Select the object which is a group. Go ->Object->Ungroup and grab the letter "B".

ok ill try to clearify a little better. it would be the top right part of the bruins circle and the basketball part of the celtics. i want that part of the B to have a transparent background. thanks for replying
