Torn out page of paper.

I've made it for the Breathe Icon Set. Not sure what I think of it yet, but I like the detail.

That's really nice work on the tearing of the holes. It's very convincing. Although both the left and right pages look identical to me--I can't see any texturing on my monitor. Perhaps it's too subtle.

The textured looks marginally darker to me.

Seconding the comment on the ripped holes, looks very real.

yeah the ripping took ages manually tweaking ~30 cut-in circles with the node tool The texture is much more subtle than I expected, you're right. I have decided not to use texture at all unless I can work out a better way of using textures that aren't bitmaps than tracing them (most textures are just too complex to trace without bringing Inkscape to it's knees.)

I think how the squares illustrates the capabilities of the image format is a clever idea :)
