Postby Starchy » Mon Feb 01, 2010 12:25 pm

I have notes on the tutorial but after searching and searching I can't fine it.
It uses "Raster" if that helps. Will someone please direct me to it ? Thanks

Hi Starchy,

Based on the result you present I am wondering if you are trying to achieve the "droste effect"? This is best done with Gimp (as Inkscape is a vector editor, and not a bitmap editor).
There is a plugin for GIMP called MathMap that can be used to create the droste effect. Google is your friend to find tutorials using this plugin in GIMP.

Cheers,
Syllie

Thanks syllie, I'll check it on GIMP. I'm not to familiar with GIMP but will try it.
