Sorry. That was a little terse. I have a recycling logo in .png format. I want to place it on the tag that I have created. The tag is to be cut out and used on crafts that a friend makes. I am completely incapable of drawing such things freehand. Can I copy and paste or is there an 'insert picture' option?

Yeah, under the File menu. I believe it's called "Import" (can't verify at the moment).
