I'm not sure if I've ever seen files attached in General Inkscape Topics and Inkscape and Other subforums. While several times I've had to explain the lack of attachment ability in Competitions and Cutters/Plotters. I wonder if it would be possible to switch the subforms where file attachments are allowed?
Also, in the subforums where attachments are not allowed, the Upload Attachment tab in the editor still appears. And if someone attempts to upload a file, the error message says something like 'that file type is not allowed'. It would be much more helpful if the Upload Attachment tab just didn't appear in those subforums where attachments aren't allowed. Or if that's not possible, I wonder if the error message could say "attachments not allowed in this subforum".
