Not sure if this is the correct tilte for what im experiencing.

It happens mostly when zooming. The project im working on disappears temporarily, then comes back. Sometimes only parts of the project.
Or an effect updates only when i zoom in or out.

Is this a problem with my system or does Inkscape behave that way no matter what OS im using ?

It's a bug, maybe this one: https://bugs.launchpad.net/inkscape/+bug/1663360 ? If so, can you add some more info to it?

So its not like that for everybody ?
I assumed its related to the new cairo library.
Think it started in V 0.91 for me.

Can confirm, the rendering bug appears here as well.
Other than zooming sometimes panning off screen and back works to.

Never happened to me, at least not as much as is described in the bug report.

I've seen from time to time as well, but don't have anything useful to add to the report. I see it most often with text.
