I need the effect you see in the image for pictures, the original idea is to use a cutting plotter ...I tried lots of options and I need to know if there is any plugin that could give me that kind of result.
Any help would be really appreciated

So you want to cut out the outline of elements in a photo?
I would use Gimp to create the picture (play with contrast and turning image to black and white), then I would use Trace Bitmap in Inkscape with the brightness cutoff. Then most probably you'd still have to do some manual fixes.

Something doesn't work? - Keeping an eye on the status bar can save you a lot of time!

I would recommend using the app Imaengine if you have and iPhone or iPad or the web app at cutecutter.com These use combination methods that are much easier than doing the same thing in Inkscape or Gimp, at least for me.
