You can search for info here or post new questions and comments at Hi , After i download both software and installed InkCut 1.0 - extension on Inkscape 0.92 I got similar to the picture attached . my plotter is DGI om 130 and i tried but i don't know where i go wrong failed to communicate with the plotter . can some one help me how to solve this problem .

Can you:
- start Inkscape from commandline (just type 'inkscape' to do so) and copy the output you get until and including when opening the extensions submenu?
- append a copy of your extension-errors.log file (you need to zip it, else this site won't accept it)?
User extensions are usually copied into the folder that you can find listed at Edit -> Preferences -> System: User extensions
The log file is located one folder up from there.
