test event with UTC/GMT time
On this page https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/fixedform.html you can configure a link which will convert the UTC/GMT time to everyone's local time.

Let's say this test meeting starts at noon in Colorado.

https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/fixedtime.html?msg=test+meeting&iso=20180130T12&p1=75

On that page, if it's not showing your local time, there's a link to change the location.  I'm actually not sure it if it displays everyone's local time automatically or if you have to change the location.
