Developers Download (.92) and Windows 10
Hi all
I am new to Inkscape and want to use the Inkcut extension
Question is: it says Inkcut is available in the next release....does anyone know if that has been included in the current development version?
Any help would be appreciated - I am not good at system configuration
to tinker with things to get it to work on Windows -

Welcome to the forum!
Where did you see that? Hhmm...InkCut is the HPGL export extension, right? I'm not positive, but I'm pretty sure it's Extensions menu > Export > Plot. But I'm also pretty sure that's already available in 0.91.

It's already in 0.91, but improvements have been added to it for 0.92. See also release notes draft:
