How to use the Number Nodes tool?
I have a vector outline of a bottle. I would like to use the Number Nodes tool to turn it into a connect-the-dots puzzle.

How do I use the tool? I select my outline and click on "Apply" but nothing happens.

Welcome to the forum!

Extensions menu > Visualize Path > Number Nodes

Configure the settings how you want them.  The Help menu tells you what each setting does.  Click Apply.

Ungroup the bottle a couple of times before you try to number its nodes. The extension needs a path, not a group.
