I installed Inskscape and it appears all like that. I have the dark theme activated, so this is happening. I've tried installing the white icons but inkscape does not matter. Anyone know how to solve it? I have Linux Mint installed latest version

I wasn't able to see the picture, but I suppose you're suffering from the same issue as Inkscape does on my own computer.

The icon load order prefers icons from the system's icon set.
These icons have been added to the system theme lately.
You could try to:

- switch your system icon set to one that doesn't have Inkscape icons in it
- manually delete the Inkscape icons from your system icon set, and save that as a new icon set that you then select, to keep the rest of your icons intact
- load a different icon set that does not have any Inkscape icons in it and start Inkscape via a script
- wait until Inkscape 1.0
