brynn, no, blur is a bug of raster images and I want to get rid of it :) It's hard and interesting to create a scalable and managed image from a raster bad one.

Yes, thank you for your remarks, it's a good points and I'll fix it! Also I find now that left character has a small shadow on his eye.

Yes, of course.  I just wasn't sure of your goals.  When I did something similar to this, I made 2 versions - one was just like you did, a new and improved vector version.  But for the other version, I wanted to try and make it look like the raster version.  In some cases, I think the raster version of images look better than vector.  But yet sometimes we must have a vector version for certain uses.  So it was just learning and building skills.  I've done a lot of work with photorealism, and trying to make a vector version of a photo, that looks identical (as much as possible).  It definitely takes a lot of work and a lot of time!
