Hi,

I'm new to Inkscape as a direct result of getting an Axidraw. I've need to render an entire series of text to Hershey text at the same time and do not see a way to do it. I saw that several years ago someone posted a modified extension to do this, but cannot find it.

Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
Z

Welcome Z!

There are a couple of extensions for  Hershey text.  I'm not familiar with them, enough to say whether one would be better than the other, or even if they both work.  Although I'm pretty sure at least one of them works.  But here they are, and you can investigate  :)

I hope those can help you.

Hi Brynn,

Thanks for the quick reply. I will give the github version a looksie. I need to convert an entire page at once, not text box by text box, and unless I'm using it wrong, the extension done by Evilmadscientist you have to type the text into the box and convert it for each one.
