Looking for Someone to Write an Extension

I hope this is the right place to post this. Please forgive me if it is not...

I am looking for someone who can write an Inkscape extension for me. The extension should:
*Trace a png that I already have open in Inkscape using the default trace parameters
*Delete the png from the page once it is traced
*Save the file as .svg
*Save the file as .eps
*Close the file

I can provide detailed keyboard shortcuts for how I accomplish this if it will help in the creation of the extension.

Is anyone interested in tackling this? If so, please let me know what you would charge and about how long it would take to complete.

BTW: I am using Windows Vista Ultimate 64-bit (soon to be moving to a machine with Windows 10 Home 64-bit) and Inkscape 0.48.2

Is there a reason for you using 0.48.2?

This doesn't need an extension, btw., just a command line script.

Until posting in this forum, I was not aware there were later versions. When I last checked, I had the most up-to-date version, but that must have been some time ago.
