I've translated for you, using both google translate (https://translate.google.com) and bing translate (http://www.bing.com/translator) because neither one of them is very good.  But sometimes comparing what they say can help us to understand.  There's no promise we can find a solution, but most of the time when I do this, we do find the answer.  But it m ight take longer before we can understand each other.

I understand the question!  There is an FAQ item on the Inkscape website which gives all the different ways to handle this problem.  Yes, it is a known problem.  There may be even another way to fix it, but we'll have to wait for someone else.  We have another member who I think might be able to read Russian, who might be able to explain better. 

But for now, try this.  And in the top right corner of the page (way up) you can change the translation to Russian.  Although, now that I think of it, there might not be a Russian version.  If you don't see a Russion version, tell me, and I'll use google and bing again, and post it for you.

brynn, thank you very much for answer! Don't worry about the translation - I can reed and understand english language (if necessary I use Google or Yandex translator).
I tried the all case by you link but they don't fix problem.

Ok, here is your file, which I applied the Stitch Together filter, that was the last item in that list of options in the FAQ.  I just put my name in the file name, so you don't get it mixed up.

If you install that filter, when you try to use it, look in Filters > ABCs > Stitch Together.  I don't know why it's showing up in that sub-menu, but I mention because it took me forever to find it!

Here's what I did:

1 - Duplicate the largest rectangle, and switch the fill to solid, temporarily
2 - Select the largest rectangle, the one with the pattern
3 - Object menu > Pattern to Object
4 - Apply the Stitch Together filter to it
5 - Object menu > Object to Pattern   (now it's a new pattern, named "pattern4930" in my file)
6 - Select the large rectangle, and switch from solid fill to the new pattern fill

Note that there's a bug where sometimes, when you make a new pattern, it does not show up iin the dropdown list of patterns, until you close Inkscape and re-open.  It's a big pain, but it doesn't always happen.  And it didn't happen to me just now.  So cross fingers!

The result looks pretty good to me.  I don't see any red showing behind the edges anymore.  How does it look to you?

By the way, that's a very pretty pattern design
