Voronoi Error says it needs some Python Package?

Hallo! I'm trying to make a voronoi pattern in Inkscape and I'm getting an error that says it's missing a Python thing "The fantastic lxml wrapper for libxml2 is required by inkex.py and therefore this extension"

I've posted a screenshot below of the problem. I don't really know how to go about this since I know nothing about Python or extensions.

I guess you have updated your Inkscape installation, without uninstalling the previous one. This messes up the Python installation currently.
The first thing to try is to:

- completely uninstall Inkscape, remove all folders and remnants manually, except for your user preferences directory (which is at a completely different location anyway)
- completely reinstall Inkscape
