Hi! -
( Does this Post belong in "Extensions"? )

Just opened up & a complete surprise

Extensions Panel - I get -
.......................................................................................
previous extension
previous extension settings
generate from path > inset/outset halo (the only item)
raster - (ok, full list)
Render > Grid > Grids (the only item)
.............................................................................................
That's it.

Worked ok yesterday.
I had copied & pasted the program in from PC1 (This one)  - to PC2  - another Pc - same make & model - Dell Latitude D420. Win7.  -  but internet free, so I can not download it directly - . PC2 has 1.5 GB RAM , as against 1.00 GB RAM, and the program is smoother and quicker. One or two problems with the pen tablet, but I have just seen a Post about that. (another story)

Cannot send a picture because when the snipping tool activates, the Extension panel disappears.

I have an Inkscape portable on PC2 also, also imported. Not affected.

Unless an answer forthcoming, I shall simply repeat the copy& paste and try again (?) Any other way?

Thank you for any assistance.  :-(

( Inkscape is, surely, a gift from the gods.)

I think that probably the python installation doesn't work after it has been moved. There's a way to relocate it using pip. Or maybe it's already enough to move the installation into the exact same folder as where it was on the other computer.

But instead of moving, couldn't you just get the installation file and install Inkscape? The installers don't need internet access, neither exe nor msi.
To keep your settings, the only thing you need to copy over is your preferences directory.
