Yeah, as far as I know, Outlook is Windows 10's email app, but it's not a fully featured email program. One of the reasons I only lasted a couple of weeks on Windows 10!
What if you open the email -- do you see the SVG in the email? Or is it only attached? I'm not sure what the big deal is about an email app supporting SVG. Is the new feature about attaching an SVG? Or showing it in the message, when you open the message to read it? It seems like SVG should have been attachable already.
It's probably possible for any Windows user to create an Outlook account. I guess I'd have to use the web mail for Outlook, since I reverted to Windows 7. Although I'm not sure if I have time right now.
Can you give the link they provided? I might read up on it a little more.
Maybe it's a good sign about MS supporting SVG better?
