Hello,

I'm new in Inkscape so excuse me ^^. I want to prepare a design for a t-shirt print. In the attachment, you will see black color and a background color. I want to inverse this. I mean, the black color should be the t-shirt and the background the print. Is there a way to do it, in order to fill this background ?

Welcome to the forum!

You'll need to draw a rectangle the exact size of the page, and aligned to the page borders.  Path menu > Object to Path.  Then select the drawing and the t-shirt design and do Path menu > Combine.  After you do that, you'll probably need to re-apply the color as you want it.
