Oh, those are very nice! Since I got my mouse fixed, I've been working on coloring pages and a couple of tutorials. But I'm going to have install and look how you do that. If I can figure it out, maybe I'll make some too!
That should be as easy as in that animation. Pull two sliders in that component transfer,
tweak the turbulence settings on the top of the chain.
Change flood colours. That's it, everything else is set up.
The last one looks like tie-dye! Weird display issue with Firefox. Or is it Inkscape? (see screenshots at full size)
That is a rendering issue with cairo.
Surprisingly chrome renders some of those better, like
this one.
Hey, did I ask you if you'd like a gallery album for these? I think I mentioned it. But just to be sure -- I can set up an album for filters in the gallery, if you like. I know you like to use OCL. But just let me know, and I can set up an album for filters.
Thank's! Yes, I prefer ocal because they have a large bandwidth and a large hosting server, that generates thumbnails of 2400 px width, using inkscape. Maybe that is too large for a thumbnail generally, and customizable thumbnail uploading has other possibilities but it takes twice the effort to upload the file, not counting the work of generating of those thumbnails.
Had also tried uploading to inkscape.org in the
filter set category but they render svg-s which is painful to load in.
Also no matter there are only 4 of those svg-s in the category, the download count is at five times more at ocal.
So currently I'm not planning to mirror those but who knows? Maybe I will upload them in the future in batches if there is a need.
