Welcome to the forum!
We've recently had a report of a false positive from a someone who was using.....it's called something like 360 Security or 360 Total Security. Let me find that message..... Yeah that's it, 360 Total Security.
Are you using a different kind of antivirus program? Which one are you using? As of January 27, the file was scanned by a developer (I guess it was a developer) and found not to contain any malware.
This page is in German, so I'm not sure what it actually says. But I see a date of yesterday there. I'm not sure if that means it was scanned yesterday, or what exactly the date refers to.

s://inkscape.org (and not
http://inkscape.org) when you downloaded, then you should be safe to install it. However, I'm not a security expert.
I don't think all security programs offer this feature, but mine, and some other security suites provide a way for you to submit any files that you might be worried about, and they can confirm whether it's a false positive or a real virus. If you have that available, you might want to consider it. If your program provides that it probably is not any extra fees.
Let us know which antivirus you're using.
