Anyone know how I can create this kind of perspective like you're flipping through pages?

You could draw the center rectangle.  Make it a path.  Duplicate.  Drag to the side.  Use the Perspective live path effect on that duplicate.  Duplicate that.  Drag it to the "end."  Decrease it's size.  Use the interpolate extension to create copies that diminish in size between the two.

I forget which is which.  But there are both a Perspective extension and a Perspective LPE.  One of them works on groups and one doesn't.  And by the look of the image, you might need the group feature.

Per phiscribe's suggestion, if you end up using the Perspective LPE, you'll need to use Object to Path on the large one and on the small one, to be able to use the Interpolate extension to get the middle ones.

Actually, for a more realistic look, I would use a different skeleton path for the perspective for the small one, rather than a scaled duplicate.  To me, that image doesn't look like flipping through pages.  It just looks like smaller sizes of the same image.
